1. Definitions

“Customer”: Any individual purchasing goods on the site
“Supplier”: An independent seller listing products on Goloup.com
“Administrator”: The team managing Goloup.com
2. Role of Goloup.com
Goloup.com acts as a facilitator. We are not responsible for:
The content, availability, or legality of supplier products
The quality, warranty, or delivery of products
Disputes between suppliers and customers (though we may assist in resolving them)
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are placed with individual suppliers
Payments are processed securely via our integrated system
Suppliers are responsible for order confirmation, shipment, and any post-sale service
4. Shipping & Returns
Each supplier sets their own shipping and return policies
These policies should be visible on product pages or supplier profiles
Goloup.com does not enforce uniform return rules across suppliers
5. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Goloup.com (except supplier-uploaded content) is owned by the platform and may not be reused without permission.

Goloup.com is a marketplace platform. Returns and refunds are managed directly by the individual suppliers.

Supplier Policy – Goloup.com
This Supplier Policy applies to all sellers who register and operate as suppliers on Goloup.com. By listing products and selling through our platform, suppliers agree to comply with the following terms and standards.
1. Supplier Registration & Eligibility
Suppliers must provide accurate business details, including a valid company name, registration number (if applicable), tax information, and a functioning email address.
Goloup.com reserves the right to approve or reject supplier applications at its sole discretion.
Suppliers are responsible for keeping their account and business information up to date.
2. Product Listings
Suppliers must only list products that:
Are legal in the destination country
They have the legal right to sell
Are accurately described with titles, prices, stock, and images
False or misleading descriptions, keywords, or pricing are prohibited.
Content must not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.
3. Pricing & Inventory
Suppliers are free to set their own prices but must honor the listed price once a purchase is made.
Inventory levels must be updated regularly. Repeated cancellations due to out-of-stock items may result in penalties or account suspension.
4. Order Fulfillment
Suppliers must:
Process and ship orders within the stated handling time
Provide tracking details (if applicable)
Use reliable shipping services
Failure to fulfill orders in a timely manner may affect supplier visibility and account status.
5. Returns & Customer Service
Suppliers must specify a clear return policy on their store page or product listings.
Suppliers are responsible for:
Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Processing returns and refunds according to their stated policy
If a supplier is unresponsive or uncooperative, Goloup.com may intervene and issue refunds on the supplier’s behalf.
6. Commissions & Payments
Goloup.com charges a commission per sale, as outlined in the Supplier Dashboard or contract.
Payouts are made on a [weekly/bi-weekly/monthly] basis via [payment method], subject to any hold or verification period.
Suppliers must ensure their payout details are correct. Goloup.com is not liable for incorrect or delayed payments due to supplier error.
7. Prohibited Activities
Suppliers must not:

Create multiple supplier accounts without permission
Use customer information for any purpose outside of order fulfillment
Violations may result in:
Warning or temporary suspension
Removal of product listings
Permanent account termination
Legal action, if applicable
8. Taxes & Legal Compliance
Suppliers are responsible for reporting and remitting all applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.) in accordance with local laws.
Suppliers must comply with consumer protection laws relevant to their operating country and customers.
9. Dispute Resolution
Goloup.com encourages suppliers to resolve disputes directly with customers.
If a dispute is escalated, Goloup.com may review both sides and make a final decision, including issuing partial or full refunds.
10. Policy Updates

Suppliers will be notified of major changes via email or through their Supplier Dashboard.
